Return & Refund Policy

Nature's Syrup Hair and Skin Care has a 'No Questions Asked' policy for returns & refunds of our products purchased through www.naturessyrupbeauty.com. We honor your hard-earned dollars and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your product experience. We are confident you will love our products but understand if they are not the right fit for your hair or skin.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for assistance. Please submit your refund request to devonna@naturessyrup.com and provide your full name, order number, and general reason for a refund request. Allow two business days for us to respond with a return authorization and confirmation.

Upon confirmation your refund will be applied within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
